Leonie Harrington

Robyn Allen-Raven

Robyn joined Urban Studio Properties to take on the role of Sales Assistant for both Jenny and Vicky late last year, and is now a full time member of the Sales Team at Urban Studio Properties.

After growing up in the tourist capital of New Zealand, Queenstown, Robyn has travelled and worked overseas since her early twenties. She has enjoyed a vast and varied working career starting in hospitality, then moving into modelling, retail sales and flight crew. Her travels took her to London where she worked for Air New Zealand as a long haul flight attendant. Robyn has a passion for travel and loves to read books that encompass different cultures.

Robyn and her husband Dean, have lived together with their two boys in New Plymouth for close to eight years. New Plymouth has really ‘ticked all the boxes’ for them when it comes to raising a family, with great schools and outdoor pursuits like the mountain, surf and parks to explore. The great café and restaurant culture is also an added bonus.

Since joining Urban Studio Properties Robyn has shown excellent skills in her role behind the scenes helping to facilitate many sales for Jenny and Vicky. Her initiative and drive along with her friendly and professional demeanour has enabled her to be a valuable member of the Sales team too.

Fiona Nicholson Office Manager

Fiona has relocated from Auckland to become a key part of the Urban Studio Properties team.  She has an extensive background in the Fire and General Insurance industry both in New Zealand and Australia.  Recently she was a Team Manager for a highly regarded International insurer and brings with her exceptional organisational and management skills.  Fiona has been selected to manage the administration for the Studio due to her efficiency, integrity and commitment to excellence.  Her values and ethics are closely aligned with those of the company.

Originally from New Plymouth, Fiona and husband Mark have recently purchased their first home and both are excited to be moving to the region.   “New Plymouth has a culture like no other city I’ve been to.  It is the ideal place to settle down in and bring up a family while being surrounded by friendly people in a picturesque setting.”
